Refund and Returns Policy

At Riyalux, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process. Riyalux operates as an online fashion store offering women’s modest tops, co-ord sets, and apparel.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are included.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Worn or washed clothing
Items without tags
Sale / clearance items
Customized or altered products
Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Return Request Process

Order number
Full name
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Approval & Inspection

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will receive confirmation of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer/COD adjustment where applicable.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong size (subject to stock availability)
Defective or damaged items
Wrong item delivered

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Riyalux will cover return shipping charges.
If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, size preference), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
